Your CD case should be safe and keep your CDs free from scratches. This will help prevent errors on your files and lost data. You will want to keep your CDs clean. If you want more protection, make copies of your favorite CDs and store the original in clean cases. This way you only use the copies and save the original from wear and tear. This will help your CDs to last a lifetime. This is also a good idea if you have little kids who want their own bag for CDs or their own CD case.
