precautions early by having something suitable to drink on the airplane. Drink
plenty of water before, during and after the flight.
To stay hydrated on a plane trip, drink mostly water. You could also drink
sport drinks or some juices. You will want to avoid coffee and soda if you are
using those to hydrate your body and fight plane dehydration.
You might find
yourself walking around and aspring more instead of feeling comfortable. Drink
water and get the hydration you need on the plane. It is very important as you
will want to keep yourself comfortable during the flight.
Sure it may seem like if you stay hydrated on a plane trip, you might be
walking and aspring more to go to the bathroom but plane dehydration is
important to understand.
Doctors recommend drinking at least eight ounces of
water during short trips. Don’t walk around too often as this could dehydrate
you more. The plane trips that are longer than an hour or two, you should
probably bring plenty of water to drink and keep drinking what you can.
Little
sips ever few minutes is just fine if you want to prevent having to go to the
bathroom every five minutes.
